These are two examples of banners created for local businesses within Cairns as a contribution towards a CBD-wide initiative of promotional and beautification measures for the main thoroughfares of the Central Business District.
Businesses are encouraged to sponsor banner space as advertising which features their logo in a standard panel at the bottom, and being able to choose a suitable and appropriate image from a series of pre-selected images which have been chosen as a representation of the lifestyle and essence of living in Far North Queensland; these images may feature local flora and fauna, or general lifestyle shots representative of Cairns and its surrounds. All are intended to add colour and ambience to the streets and enhance the city for both tourists and residents alike.

These are two examples adopting an illustrative approach - one is for a sponsor, Cairns Tour Advice & Booking Centre, which is located in the vicinity of their premises, and the other is for promotional purposes seeking further enquiries into banner sponsorship; this signage is located at a strategic approach into the city aimed at high visibility.
These were both printed onto the yellow vinyl in selected spot colours - both utilising three colour print.
